Sabbath
To pursue Sabbath is to violate Sabbath.
All the activities of which I spoke in recent months are for the sake of a coming Grand Sabbath, a Jubilee.
However you and I must never forget that in pursuit of (even) Sabbath we are failing to fully celebrate it.
That may be necessary.
The path back to the Garden is strewn with thistles and thorns after all. Best to keep your loincloth on till your fully inside.
In our temporarily fallen world arbeit may indeed machen frei.
I personally doubt it but it's the commonly stated opinion of people who can afford dentists so I give it its proper due. (It's best not to upset a crowd that can bite!)
But now it’s time for Sabbath.
For all the credit I grant the majority opinion on which of the Masters to serve — there are others.
Should this be my final post on this page (for I have no business speaking on behalf of any Sabbath or post-Sabbath fellow) it’s hopefully-to-likely a sign of having been elevated to a less frictious track.
But if I had a way to highly-yet-humbly praise the articles here without coming across either as praising myself or as claiming to be taking dictation from the Lord, I would do so.
