In Seville (Sevilla) Spain (España) I had an American tourist whose primary and most immediate curiosity was to see The Taco Bell of Seville.
He'd never been abroad before and was both delighted and astonished to learn that Spain had some of the same fast food options that he enjoyed in Georgia, and needed to see this wonder of the world over and before all else.
On a lark, I suggested he video me showing him this unheralded wonder of the Iberian Peninsula. It turned out pretty funny.
I’m sharing this video from Seville now thanks to my recent revelation that after being pranked by the Lord into taking the horrors of war seriously (a prank because prophetic severity didn't actually get us very far) I made a video 1 offering a more absurdist approach to the world and its problems, as I suggested doing in the following video recorded last year in Brooklyn, New York.
